In 2009, Enjoy International Consultants was retained by a leading provider of construction materials in Northern Mexico with the objective of establishing a supply chain of energy efficient products. In order to better understand the needs of the company, Enjoy International Consultants sent a team to Mexico to meet with company representatives and understand the needs of their clients. Once defined criteria for product selection was formulated, Enjoy International Consultants set-up the initial supply chain network by vetting and qualifying Chinese suppliers whose processes and products met the criteria. Currently, Enjoy International Consultants continues to service the client by expanding their supply chain network as well as providing logistical and quality assurance services.
