Enjoy International Consultants Promotes Energy Efficiency in West Africa

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome our newest member, Ms. Davina Lawson, to the Enjoy International Consultants team.  Davina is a native of the West African nation of Togo who brings over five years of business facilitation experience between China and Africa to the EI Consultants team.

Davina’s main focus will be to work with government and business leaders in West Africa to facilitate development projects in the region, specifically focusing on projects that promote sustainable energy solutions.  EI Consultants will leverage its strong relationships with solar panel, LED and other manufacturers of energy efficient products in China to provide governments and private investors in West Africa with solutions that help reduce energy costs for the average consumer as well as serve as a platform sustainable development.

The implementation of these projects will not only provide governments, corporations and residents of these countries with answers to their current energy problems, but will also promote Chinese companies as suppliers of world class technology and products in these industries.  As current trends show in both LED and solar panel manufacturing, Chinese suppliers are leading the global market from both a technological and cost standpoint.

By bringing together manufacturers of high technology energy products and officials in West Africa, we are helping West African nations enter into a new era of sustainable energy production.

Enjoy International Consultants Joins the Asociacion de Maquiladoras de Sonora

On May 19th Enjoy International Consultants was officially accepted as an associate member of the Asociacion de Maquiladoras de Sonora (AMS).  AMS is a non-profit organization comprised of Maquiladora manufacturing and service companies with business interests throughout the Mexican state of Sonora.  The association is comprised of 150+ members in various industries ranging from medical devices, pc boards and automobile components.

Along with representing the business interests of member organizations, the association also serves as a platform for community development throughout the state of Sonora. The funds that have been raised through various donations and charity events sponsored by the association have been used to support local orphanages, build medical clinics that provide free health care to the families of Maquiladora employees as well as infrastructure projects that modernize the cities within the border region.

Through AMS, Enjoy International Consultants seeks to strengthen the economic ties between North America and China by facilitating cooperation between AMS and Chinese companies. While most AMS companies are looking to expand their sourcing operations to China, Chinese companies are looking to establish partnerships with AMS companies as a means of entering the North American marketplace.

Asked to comment on Enjoy International Consultants’ acceptance to AMS, CEO Adam-Paul Smolak stated “We are proud to be a member of AMS. Through our membership, we hope to help AMS and its members facilitate strategic relationships with Chinese organizations. We are also very excited about supporting the various community development projects that has made AMS an integral part of the Mexican community.”

Enjoy International Consultants Featured in Mexican Business Magazine

Enjoy International Consultants was recently published in the feature article of the May 2010 issue of Revista Stratego, a prominent Mexican business magazine who services business and industry professionals throughout Northern Mexico, in an article entitled “China Lo Espera: Descubra Como Domar al Dragon” (China Awaits: Learn How to Tame the Dragon).

In this article, Enjoy International Consultants Mexican Market Advisor Victor Celaya Siqueiros provides readers with valuable insight into how companies can penetrate the Chinese market.  Whether companies intend to source components or establish product distribution networks in China, he highlights that strong relationships with government organizations and corporations as being a key factor to one’s success.  Since these relationships take years to develop and cultivate, most organizations entering China find themselves at a disadvantage and are forced to spend time and money navigating the market blindly.

In this situation, how can a company looking to enter the Chinese market expect to achieve success?  Mr. Celaya states that this is the advantage of working with Enjoy International Consultants.  He explains that Enjoy International Consultants has accumulated over 10 years of experience servicing corporations in many different industries in the Chinese market.  During this time, strong relationships have been built with local and provincial government offices and large corporations spanning many different industries. The result of these efforts has lead to Enjoy International Consultants being officially recognized as the commercial ambassador to North America for Xuanwu and Qinghuai Districts of Nanjing City. Overall, Enjoy International Consultants leverages its network of government officials and industry professionals to represent clients’ interests and provide them with guidance for their business ventures in the Chinese market.

Exterior Display

When first approaching the Mexico Pavilion, one’s attention is immediately drawn to the many brightly colored, diamond shaped objects looming over a picturesque lawn. Upon closer examination, these ambiguously shaped objects are not diamonds, but rather kites dominating the landscape. The use of kites as a center piece display is not a coincidence, but rather a connecting point between Mexican and Chinese culture. The word for kite in Spanish “papalote” derives from the indigenous Nahuatl word “papalotl” which literally means “butterfly” and represents “hope”. The kite itself was first developed in China over three thousand years ago.

Interior Features

The interior of the pavilion is designed to take visitors on a journey through Mexico’s past, present and future. Visitors also have the chance to sample authentic Mexican cuisine, purchase Mexican arts and crafts and experience other aspects of Mexican culture.

Aside from cultural aspects, the pavilion also serves as a promotional tool for Mexico’s tourism industry, businesses and corporations and investment opportunities.
