In March 2010 the Director of Nanjing Qinghuai District Commercial Bureau, Mr. Lei Ming, introduced a Korean LED Lighting and Component manufacturer interested in expanding their operations in Mainland China.  After an initial consultation with the company’s Director of Overseas Operations, it was determined that the company was interested in establishing both a sales office and R&D center in Mainland China.
