Adam-Paul Smolak is the Chairman and CEO of ENJOY INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS, LLC. Adam-Paul has 10 years of direct experience living and working in China. During this time, he has established a community of strategically focused companies under the Enjoy International brand that act as a bridge between countries for the purpose of creating sustainable development. These companies include; ENJOY INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANTS, EI INSTITUTE AND EI INCUBATION.

Adam-Paul’s key areas of expertise include; strategic planning for both Chinese and foreign entities, government relationship management, representing trade interests for both Chinese and foreign entities, developing and operating programs for Chinese and US universities and corporate training programs.

Aside from his position with Enjoy International Holdings, LLC, Adam-Paul is the commercial representative to North America for Qinghuai District in Nanjing, China.  Adam-Paul has worked as a consultant, manager, trainer and translator on both sides of the Pacific.  He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Adam-Paul is a graduate of Union College in Schenectady, New York.
