Ei-Consultants helps organizations define, prioritize, and articulate their goals, by working with them to successfully implement their objectives.

We specialize in collaborations with Native American tribes and tribal organizations to conceive, plan, and setup reimbursable healthcare services.

Ei-Consultants has played a key role in developing multiple, tribally operated and culturally specific chemical dependency and mental health facilities throughout the State of Minnesota.

We provide end-to-end consulting services— defining the specifications of clinic infrastructure, developing staffing requirements, and collaborating with agencies to establish workable policies & procedures that are in accordance with traditional healing practices, plant medicines, and cultural ceremonies.
